Nitro 20V Compact Brushless 1/2" Drill/Driver

I bought this on a whim, having needed a shorter barrelled driver length. I also had a number of yard tools on the Worx battery platform and was very happy and pleasantly surprised with not only on the user friendly ergonomics but also the battery life. In my life of tools (50+ yrs) I have never expected as much out of battery tools as I do AC V construction and yard tools. This Nitro 20V Drill just drove it home that Worx is a serious contender for becoming top-end manufacturer of power tools.
Compared max torque on this and a comparable Festool drill and this blows them away away on torque. Keep up the good WORK :).Looking forward to seeing more product line expansion.

Perfect for a DIY project person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a back up drill to keep at my daughters house to do repairs around the house she begs for off and on.
It's a great drill and very powerful, not too heavy, and easy to use. I like the variety of torque settings and the LED light since I've been working a lot in the garage that had poor lighting. Looking into getting more Worx products and knowing I can interchange the batteries I can keep a variety of items at my daughters fixer up home. It’s really nice not having to rely on extension cords anymore. The battery charges quick. In under 2 hours my dead battery was fully charged.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice drill to have on hand. It will come in handy when we start remodeling. I have used it to hang some pantry shelves and it worked really well. It has a quick charger and it came with 2 batteries which is really nice to have a second one around. Over the next few months this drill will be getting a work out.

Great power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably one of the best cordless drills I have ever used/owned. This gives you the same power and torque as a bigger and heavier drill but is smaller lighter and very comfortable in hand. The batteries last a great amount of time and charge very fast for reuse quick if you’re remodeling your house and don’t like to stop working. The chuck grips the bits nicely and doesn’t slip. Very handy tool for a guy like me that is always doing something around the house.

Nitro Compact Drill/Driver

I recently purchased a new home and decided to get back into woodworking again. I had a DeWalt drill but it is NiCad and big and heavy. When I got this drill, I immediately thought about how small it is. Don't let that fool you though. This little thing is a powerhouse. I got the half inch model and glad I did. I have used it with 18 inch long drill bits to drill through the walls of my house to run cable and internet myself. I am also impressed with how long the 2 AH battery lasts for the hard work this drill can do. I also have the switch driver as well. It too is awesome. These two are the most used tools I have now. Now that I have retired and bought a 1949 built home, I am glad I have my Worx tools.

Easy to use, backup battery included helps on long days of repairing things and the complimentary carrying case was a huge help to keep it and my bits all together! Highly recommend!
