Best game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to try this game. Barbie has always been my favorite tv show, movies ,and games. Graphics on here are beautiful and colorful. Playing this game brought back some memories. Sounds and the characters are exactly like the movie glad I was able to access this on my ps5.

Very true to Barbie! The best part is the mini gam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barbie nostalgia runs strong, so this game was even an excitement for my 19 yr old daughter. My girls couldn’t wait to play it. The scenery and storyline is very much consistent with Barbie movies. I felt like I was watching one while watching my daughters play. It’s not a fast moving paced game by any means, though. The goal is to do a series of tasks to fix up a run down Malibu beach resort. This includes maps and hints from friends, including Ken, and mini games to complete tasks. The mini games are the best part of the game. Barbie has a friend that goes around with her and player one can toggle between being Barbie or her friend to complete the mini game tasks, it we couldn’t figure out how to actually play this as a two player game. So for now, I consider it a one player game.
I feel like playing it as a two player game would hold the attention of the players longer as it is quite slow paced with the exception of the mini games.

Helpful for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 9 year old is really into Barbie right now and this game was perfect for her. She really doesn't know what she is doing, but she loves just seeing Barbie and pretending that she is Barbie. The game is cute for young girls. It has a good underlying theme to it, to help girls learn more about friendships and feelings. Right now my daughter is just enjoying playing with Barbie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has anyone gotten a copy of the new barbie Project Friendship video game? It’s the first Barbie game we’ve gotten in a while and i have to say, it’s a lot of fun! The game is very engaging and has a lot of fun quests to keep you occupied while also allowing you to do customization with characters and a few areas in the game. I was already looking forward to it when the trailer was announced over the summer and wound up getting it this past week when i was feeling down and it turned out to be everything i was hoping it would be

Fun for early tweens

You get to help others characters in the game which is a fun aspect for kids. You get to personalize your character and save your progress. It was easy to install/ download. Kid like but not quite.
