I would like to give this laptop more stars but can't yet because I'm still getting used to it.. I've had it for just a few days. I like the keyboard but don't like the muted colors of the display and can't figure out how to make things more saturated. I find it very hard to see writing in the muted color scheme. I enlarged the cursor so I can see that now.

it has like a lot of delay in rhythm games for some reason, other than that battery life is pretty good, it runs nicely, and screen looks great.

Dear RubyDear,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing lots of delay in rhythm games. This laptop was not designed for gaming. However, it will play basic and light ryhthm games, it will not run demanding 3D games because of hardware limitation. To keep this laptop in its optimum stability and performance, ensure Windows, drivers, applications are up to date. Additionally, while accessing wen applications, ensure it has access to a stable internet connection since poor and unstable internet service will certainly affect stability and performance.

Its a good laptop for watching videos and playing little games (no more than 1gb before experiencing framrate drop and the cpu is maxed out) I was hoping for more out of the laptop, considering its running ryzen 5, but unfortunately it didnt deliver. Updating the drivers is impossible because something in the system doesn't allow the ryzen application to access files from the web. Taking down all firewalls, security, really anything of that nature did nothing. Ive taken it in to a local tech place and they said the laptop doesn't allow it to be updated. So gaming is exreaamly limited with this laptop, so for the price I paid, it wasn't worth it. But its great for watching youtube and playing stardew valley.

Dear Valued Customer,
We understand your frustration with limited gaming performance and driver update issues. Since generic Ryzen app updates aren't working, please ensure you're using MyASUS and Armoury Crate to install all available updates (drivers, firmware, utilities) specific to your model. Also, check your Windows power plan and Armoury Crate's operating mode to ensure it's set to 'Performance' or 'Turbo' when gaming, not 'Silent' or 'Windows' mode, which can limit CPU/GPU power. If you’re still experiencing issues, feel free to contact me if you have any technical or general questions. You can reach me at customerloyalty@asus.com. Please copy a link to this post as a reference.
Thank you for choosing ASUS!
