[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be a nice range but the instructions it comes with are very limited and create a lot of guess work. You should be able to provide a better owners manual and heaven forbid some instructions and possibly a receipt or two for test purposes.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for two weeks. It has been great so far. It has a nice, clean look. The grates are heavy because they are not for the individual burners. The range came with the parts and full instructions needed to convert from natural gas to propane. I am not in love with the tall, square back of the range, but its not a deal breaker. The storage drawer is a little smaller than the one on my previous range, but I guess that is because the oven is a little larger. The storage drawer also is not as long as the range. It is about 2 inches shorter, so my broiler pan does not fit. It does hold my cookie sheets though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new and would not maintain temperature. It would heat up to desired temp and then basically shut down. The burners in the oven would not reignite to maintain temperature. Had to have it repaired in order to use it to cook anything in the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
