I really love the chair. I haven't figured out how to lower it a little bit but otherwise it glides across the floor in my kitchen. I use it there because I can't stand long. Now I can prep food and do dishes in comfort.

So far, so good. The chair is robust and serviceable. It remains to be seen how long it will remain so. Because of its size and weight, not an easy assembly, and the assembly schematic is less than clear.

This chair is extremely sturdy, very comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and was very simple to put together. The casters are better than any I have encountered before as they glide easily over a carpeted area when I am seated. I personally prefer to sit very upright so would have liked either a deeper lumbar or better, a tilting mechanism, but for the price this was definitely worth it.

I received my order for a HERCULES Series 24/7 Intensive Use, Multi-Shift, Big & Tall 400 lb. Capacity Black chair and was completely satisfied and was easy to assemble. It's bigger than I expected but that's great it is comfortable.
