Unfortunately after receiving in good condition and no issues with assembly, the chair began to lose height and lower to bottom of pneumatic cylinder. Purchased chair specifically for being heavy duty and for ability to sit high. Pneumatic Cylinder will not hold height when person in chair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falls apart just out of warranty

Had the chair for a few months then the seat began splitting at the seems, it was replaced then the same happened except worse and would not be replaced in warranty

Great chair

This is a very comfortable chair, especially for bigger guys, like myself. Very sturdy and great construction. It is a little tough to recline and I'm a bigger guy, but other than that, is a very nice chair

Nice ChairBut!

Nice chair and very wide for us big folks. The setup wasn't that great as instructions aren't that informative. PRO's: High Back, very comfortable when sitting straight up, rolls very easily when you need to do it. CON's: The bolts provided are pot aluminum and the heads are very thin and could strip when tightening. It would be best to get steel bolts from your local hardware store but easy on tightening them so they do not strip the socket. Also, the chair is described as a swivel chair, and I guess it is. I'm 6'2" tall, and weigh about 220 pounds, and I even have a problem in attempting to recline in it as it is very very stiff, and that is after the adjustment knob is turned. Because of the swivel and that is one of my biggest buying decisions, I rated this product as a 3. If the swivel was correct and even with the bolt problem, I would have rated this a 5 star!

1.construction is 5 star and looks like it will last a long time 2.Only problem is the inability to hold the reclined position for any length of time. The chair must be lowered to its lowest seat position to allow for a short period of "reclined" rest.
