My honest opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In regards to the Bose headphones, I found my experience rather superb. The design provides a comfortable and sturdy earpiece that won’t fall out the ear. Along with the design, the color adds that pop of unique and personal touch.

Poor quality; barely works

Being a big fan of Bose quality, I am disappointed by the poor quality of the craftmanship of these earbuds. You can tell that the physical quality is inferior to any of Bose earbud offerings. I'd rather Bose focus on quality than make an inferior product to target a budget market. Only one ear works with any degree of consistency. The touch of the earbuds is usually unresponsive. The rubber bands do not stay in place and make for an ill fit. The earbuds also struggle to fit in the grooves of its case. I prefer the wider horizontal design. The bass option does not increase bass. The noise cancellation is good, and I like the awareness option to tune me in and out as necessary. But I would not recommend this "Bose budget buy" after being an owner of the Bose QC earbuds from 2020. I will be returning the earbuds. Yes, I have tried troubleshooting but the quality is poor and it requires daily troubleshoots.

Gently stretch the band over the eartip, making sure the hole in the band aligns with the vent on the earbud and that the tab on the top of the band fits in the notch on the top of the earbud. Press down until the band fits securely into place, then check for alignment. Please follow these steps to change the stability bands here:

I bought them about 2 weeks ago and I love them!!! I mean it's Bose I expected nothing less than excellence...excellent sound quality, excellent ear fit comfortable and stylish. The best if you don't have them go get some!

Great Features but wrong for petite ears

I bought these a month ago. The sound is amazing,noise canceling - amazing, love the color ( lilac ) but they do not stay in my ears.!!Even though I switched to the smallest ear bud they keep slipping out of my ears...if I so much as smile they fall out.
what would you recommend for petite ears ??
