Great earbuds and love the color (pink)

I bought these to replace my Apple AirPods as I’ve had two sets now and eventually I get to where ppl can’t hear me talk very well. I’ve trouble shooted with Apple and it didn’t help I figured it was time to try something different. So far these have worked really well. They fit nicely in the ear just the way they arrived although there are other pieces to change out sizes. Sound quality is nice and you can make the sounds work for you with an equalizer and a lot of other features in the Bose app. Bought these pink as it’s my fave color and they are a nice soft pink. Very pleased with purchase.

Bose Earbuds

I have tried SO MANY different ear buds and Bose without a doubt are the ultimate best. I watch tv late at night with them on and there is no disconnection along the way, no wierd sounds and does not stop after about 2 hours like a lot of them,

Great sound hard to keep in ears

The sound quality is exceptional. My experience thus far has been more functional. The sound drops out for no apparent reason. I have trouble keeping them in my ears. I have followed the advice from the videos to change the ear tips and stability bands to find the best fit. To be fair, I have one ear that is not like the other so the earbud does not stay put.

The sound is great however I have had feedback that the microphone when on a call could be better. Sometimes people say it sounds like I am talking through a megaphone.

Easier to remove from charger case. The others are great sounding but the case removal and putting back in can be a hassle.

Im loving my purchase, however I gave it 4 stars because it does not have the capacity to be found using your phone. I have already misplaced them twice and it would be so handy if we could ping it with the app or if it was compatible with the find my iPhone feature

Noise control and proper fit

I am impressed by its ability to minimize ambiant music piped into the gym. I am however not sure of a proper fit and I'm afraid to lose them.
The video on how to install them into one's ears is incomplete. Showing a line drawing of an ear and where exactly to aim the bud tip would be very helpful. State the goal: where should the tip be and how to be sure the device will not fall off.
