Love them, but.

I love the quality of sound that they provide. The quiet mode is the best I have tried. The only thing that I do not like is that the right one tends to fall out while mowing the lawn or doing any activity other than working at my desk. It would be awesome if Bose would make an over the ear retention style adapter for these. Others just don't seem to have the sound quality. Not a specific Bose issue but this style of earbuds does not provide ambient noise cancellation for the person on the other end of a phone call. It would be real cool if they could be equal to the ambient noise control of the Blue Parrot headsets.

Great earbuds, install yet another app

Great earbuds! Fantastic sound and noise cancellation works well. Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz, Classical, Spoken Word; these buds handle it all admirably. Absolutely no complaints about the hardware.
HOWEVER:
Bose needs to step up their game on the app side. I am the proud owner of 3 different products but unfortunately I also have 3 distinct apps for them. All three applications work well in their own right, but this seems like a major gap in what is usually a flawless Bose experience. What a prime opportunity to tie the entire ecosystem into one icon on your phone or tablet. It is rather flabbergasting since their hardware is deceptively simple to connect and use both wired and wireless.

The sound is great. The tap feature works wonderfully. They do fit a little to tight in my ear if I wear them too long it does hurt. I think i have average size ears so not sure how to resolve that. Overall way better then the pair I came from.

I bought these on a July sale. I needed a new pair. My issue is I have small ears.

I was excited about the noise canceling aspect of these, Unfortunately they are constantly falling out and they are too large for my ears and I have to return them

Great sound

I really like the Bose products that I have purchased. The only problem that I have with them is that my right one keeps falling out. I would like to see a product from Bose with the over the ear retention option. Not the open ear style because then I loose the ANC functions.
