I bought these as a birthday present to myself. The sound is phenomenal but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to read that they will only receive up to 33'. Bose, you can do better than this, i shouldn't have to keep my phone in my pocket to use these. 😞

I do like the noise cancelling because my upstairs neighbor makes noise and Bose products help me to calm down with their noise cancelling technology. Thanks Bose!

Ear buds will not cut off when put in container to charge. Sound quality is fair, but will not stay in ear.need to have a better way to hold in the ear.

Not Comfortable for Small Ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is good however I occasionally have issues with the earbuds sitting in case correctly. Sometimes they don’t turn off when I put them in the case or when I pull them out sometimes they don’t turn back on. The other issue I’ve had twice as when I put them back in the case it makes a terrible noise when I close the lid.
If you have small ears like I do they can start to hurt after a while. If I don’t push them all the way into my concha then they fall out. The ones I had previously were more comfortable with the Stayhear max tip. I didn’t have to worry about them falling out or hurting my ears.
