I'm dissatisfied with these headphones they tend shut off when in range and full charged.

My New BOSE earbuds

I really like these QuietComfort Earbuds. I have a pair of the Ultra Earbuds as well. The QuietComfort Earbuds have some options that the Ultra Earbuds do not and visa versa.
I love that the QuietComfort Earbuds have wireless charging capability. I am very happy with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second set of earbuds I have, the first order was bad product, not working, really bad and a huge disappointment, the replacement was sent and it was giving some issues, so I called and the Bose agent was terrible, had no knowledge of the product, wanted for me to remove apps from my phone, and I totally disagreed, why do I have to be made a victim of his lack of knowledge. So I called my 20 year old son and got him involved the Bose agent was so out it was just sad, so my kid just connected the earbuds to my phone immediately without any issues and he asked for me to hang up the phone so we disconnected the call and the results were great but with NO help from Bose

They were all wonderful. All that I have owned. The clarity and was great. The base was incredible. There are no others that even come close to how they sound. I’d recommend them to anyone that is looking for the perfect sounding earbuds!
