Not so good

Why would you make it impossible to find the serial number so one could get help to make this thing work in a simple way. Like turn on and not keep telling me how much battery life is left and not run till it runs out of charge. Features like quite are great but finding a simple way to play brown sounds to sleep with out all the stop and go and battery life interruptions and not able to get help unless some how finding the hidden serial numbers a want to return the product

Trouble with fit for small ears

Great features! Sound by Bose 🎧

I bought these a week ago and I live them. Sound is amazing, they are comfortable, look great.
I used to have bose, but they got destroyed by my kitten. I tried over 10 other earbuds, including beats, jbl, samsung, Sony. All got returned either due to the sound, lack of noise cancelation or mega discomfort when wearing them. Bose is winning by all means.

Low sound on Max volume

I bought it almost a month ago and they don't have bass and they sound really low. I paired it to Android and iPhone but still same low volume when you put it on max volume.
