[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Quiet Comforts replaced another brand of earbuds that kept falling out of my ears. The QC's with the little wings stay in place. So, the QC's fit better, feel better and sound better. My only gripes are not with the earbuds, but with the phone app. The app tells you the charge level of the earbuds, but not the charging/carry case. It would also be nice to be able to make more than one custom EQ setting.

nice earbuds that need some tweaks or updates

I bought them a few weeks ago and am having the issue as others have had: the buds randomly disconnect even when the battery life for both is in the 90's. I also want to figure out if there's a way to mute the voice that tells me how much battery life is left. I'm using these to sleep, so they're very comfortable, but the voice wakes me up.

Good sound but too sensitive in touch & auto-pause

The sound quality and battery life are wonderful! However, the earbuds are very sensitive. There is an out-of-ear auto-pause feature that cannot be turned off. Unfortunately, when I bend down or tilt my head, the earbuds sense this as out-of-ear and automatically pause. Additionally, the touch controls are quite sensitive. Even the touch of my hair often causes the earbuds to pause.
