Great sound and ANC, terrible sensors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These devices are excellent in terms of sound and ANC as well as being a comfortable fit. However, the sensors that recognize when the buds are in your ear are at best faulty. A lot of time you are putting the sensor on and one of the ears does not recognize the bud so the sound is only coming from one ear. Imagine if you are on the go, and you are not able to put these buds back into the charging case for a reset, it completely breaks the use case of these earbuds.

Best noise canceling earbuds in the market.

Definitely top tier, I run with them, study, perform chores and they do mold to any activity you're doing, from an active trail run to a calm night reading and hearing some relaxing music. Best out there, hands down!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had those for a month and they have great sound. I have a little trouble with the fit in my ear. I switched to the smallest ear canal foam and it is a better fit in the canal now, but still is coming loose in the ear.

Not working properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds do not work properly. The left one does not charge and won’t work. The factory reset says to push the button on the charger to reset, but there is no button on these new ones.
