[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently own the ear buds,the head phones and blue tooth speaker(all Bose)and use all three on a regular basis,bought the ear buds for the gym,was wearing head phones but were too bulky,I’ve had other ear buds but these fit well and the sound is great but there is a difference between the head phones and buds but considering I’ve been wearing head phones for4yrs.there a an adjustment period and I’ve gotten past that so now it’s just listening pleasure,thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought in November but within 2 months one earbud stopped working. Support was excellent and they are sending me a new pair. Fitting in ear is only ok i find when i chew or talk they tend to fall out.

She was absolutely blown away by the incredible sound quality and fidelity. To top it all off, I chose a beautiful light purple color for them, and she couldn’t be happier with that choice. It’s safe to say they were a hit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these to replace my Jabra 85ts (which kept falling out of my ear). The Bose earbuds are not as small as the Jabras, but they fit better, feel better and sound better. It seems like the Bose noise cancellation is a little better as well. The new Quiet Comfort phone app is better than the original. My two biggest complaints are you can only create one custom eq setting and the voice control setting drops off by itself. Supposedly you can adjust the hear through amount in the aware mode but I have yet to figure out how to adjust it. All in all they are a solid set of earbuds with a decent phone app.

The only but is that on one of the earbuds, the ear tip gets loose.
