I bought these a month ago, and I'm so disappointed. I got them to replace some that I bought in 2020 that finally crapped out. On the plus side, the fit is nice, and the noise cancelling works really well (just what I expected from my last pair). What I hate about them is that the voice that comes on and give you alerts like, "Battery 100%" is really loud, which is problematic for 2 reasons: 1. it just hurts my ears. 2. I use these to sleep to drown out my husbands snoring and the alerts come on when I am asleep and wake me up. Now, let's talk about why that is. It's because these darn things stop working after about 20 minutes. From my research I gather that this is related to not moving. So, if it takes me longer than 20 minutes to fall asleep, they go off before I would like. But, when I AM asleep, they randomly come on with the loud voice to let me know that the battery is 100%. I contacted customer support and was told that there is no way to adjust the volume of the alerts since it's a "default setting." I absolutely hate these things, and I'm planning to return them. I hope I can do that.

Be sure the bass and treble adjustments are not set too high or too low for your preferences.
If you hear excessive low frequencies from your product, the sound quality might boom, muffled or difficult to hear. To reduce the bass response and/or increase the treble response, try the following:

After so many tries and failed attempts to find headphones, I finally let my husband pick a pair out for me. I had mentioned that I wanted to try Bose and he selected the Quiet Comfort earbuds. It has been a month since I received them and I am in music heaven. They are the absolute best. I only wish I would have purchased them sooner. To anyone out there that has been struggling with other brands, please save yourself the heartache and get a set of Bose. Btw...they arrived so quickly, I was amazed.

WOW! Amother truly outstanding product. The comfort, fit, and connection time are first rate. The earbuds connect almost immediately and have quite a long battery life. These earbuds are unbelievingly even more comfortable than the QuietComfortUltra ones that I own. I listen to a wide variety of music, and have been able to hear certain new elements such as background vocals and instruments in songs I have heard dozens of times. There are instances where it seems I am hearing a song for the first time. Perfect balance in audio as the lead vocals do not "drown out" or harshly overshadow background. Percussion is crisp and does not have a garbled or jumbled sound heard from low quality earbuds. The noise canceling is second to none. I work in a factory and love the ease of switching between aware and quiet modes. The graphic equalizer feature in the app is long overdue and functions very well. This is useful while listening to audiobooks and podcasts.. Love the strength of the case magnetic catch, similar to first generation sport earbuds. Top quality product I recommend highly. Well done.

Prepare to be embarrassed!

The exceptional clarity of these ear buds will quickly clue you in to every lyrical mistake you've been making. I love singing along with music and these have already helped me! The earbuds are lightweight and comfortable even after hours of wear. It took me several different combinations of ear tips and stability bands to find my fit. Once that was settled I was rewarded with noise cancelling that rivals the noise cancelling headphones. I was surprised to find that function perform so well in earbuds. I work in retail management and am fortunate that my company lets us use ear buds as long as our customer service is on point! I was thankful for the aware setting. I kept them in my ears at work and was still dialed in when employees or customers needed me. I found the controls on the earbuds easy to use and there are even more options while using the app. My only warning? Don't use the noise canceling feature when you need to be aware of your surroundings either for engagement or safety. You will NOT hear what's going on!!! I had zero connectivity issues and am in love with the long battery life. I believe the only downside is they may be a bit too large for some individuals depending on personal preference.
