Good pair of earbuds-need to improve connectiivity

I bought these earbuds for the extended battery life and the reviews I saw online, I love Bose products and I'm a loyal customer. I also have the QC II earbuds and I have to say the sound and NC is superior on the QC II, but the fit is better on the new QC earbuds. The QC earbuds still have amazing sound and good NC. A few things I've been having issues with is connectivity, I have issues with the earbuds connecting to my phone or devices at times and the case is not as simple and easy to open. Overall, they are a good pair of earbuds and value for the price.

Better than Apple’s ipod

I had an ipod and ipod pro and both broke after 2 plus years of using which is why I needed to buy a new one for my workouts and runs. Though I have only used this for a month, I can’t really tell its durability but the sound and acoustics are by far much better. They are much more bulkier but fit much better on my ears that I rarely make adjustments when I am moving during running. They are just too sensitive that when I need to adjust one of them, it would automatically pick it up as a tap and does a function e.g restart, stop or next track.. But otherwise I am happy with the purchase

happy i bought this, however, maybe i should have ordered the more expensive one. took a while to sync with other units. instructions are too small to read, even with reading glasses

sound and comfort excellent, as to be expected from a Bose product.
Instructions on set up are terrible, hard to follow, not accurate.
QRS code on the box is not helpful at all as it is not specific to the product. And there are simply too many similar but uniquely different products in look and design. Need both apple and android instruction
