They are huge earbuds, biggest earbuds I’ve ever see and I have small ears so they stay falling out my ears, but other than that they sound good

Good sound but several issues: 1. I tried all sizes of tips and bands, never found a combination with good seal and secure such that the buds don't feel they're about to fall out. 2. Occasionally one side shuts down for no reason. Then I have to fumble to turn it back on. 3. Voice commands only work when the app is running. 4. ANC not all that effective. For example, when on tread mill, the noise is diminished but not nearly as much as I expected, given this is a constant, low frequency noise.

It's great that you enjoy the sound from the earbuds. Please make sure to retry the different combinations of ear tips and stability bands. The ear tips are there to get a good fit and seal, the stability bands are there to keep the earbuds from twisting and moving while worn. If the fit of the earbuds is poor, then this will affect ANC performance along with falling out, and may cause the in-ear detection to trigger.
