So I have had these earbud about a month now and they are amazing. I use to have Apple AirPods and I won’t be going back. The comfort, the light weight, the features, not feeling like the ear buds will slide out when I’m working out, and noise canceling. I like the aware mode and noise canceling mode that the earbud has. I can wear 1 earbud or both, still talk and have a conversation with someone not having to take the earbuds out and in order to block out background noise I don’t have to turn the volume up all the way saving both my hearing and the battery life. The sound is crisp sound while listening to music or gives you the movie theater feel while streaming movies. Bose made an outstanding product with these earbuds.

Like the buds

Bought these based on prior experience with 25 years of other Bose products, like the feel, sound of the buds Bud would have liked to have at least a quick guide to get the buds up and working with my Bluetooth devices. Case in point, I did not know you had to load the Bose app to control the functions, such as volume up volume down on each of the earbuds and assumed right earbud was volume up, and left earbud was volume down. Had to go onto this out. Bose needs to do a better job and providing self instruction videos on their website for new and old products alike.

Fit is bad

Good sound but they don’t stay in my ears. I literally have to sit and stay completely still or they fall out

Great noise cancelling & instant Bluetooth connect

I like the instant Bluetooth connection. However after the original Bluetooth setup with the Bose Quiet Comfort app the Apple iPhone IOS takes over and overrides the Bose app 50% of the time. Which means I cannot adjust any earbud settings through the Bose app.

They save my sanity!

I love these for when I take my meal break at work. While other people are loudly FaceTiming with their families or talking on speaker phone, I can tune them out and listen to music or watch YouTube in peace, and actually get a “break”.

Amazing product

I bought them like two weeks ago and they’re great, amazing sound, quality, battery time and noise cancellation. I’m just upset about not having early the immersive mode.
