These earbuds are loaded with state if the art features. Beginning with the fit and comfort level, I don't even realize the earbuds are still in, even after several hours. They have an extremely long battery life as well. They deliver full, rich sound whether listening to music, podcasts, or audio books. Considering music playback, the sound is even across the spectrum of lead and background vocals, and the instrumentation blends seamlessly without diminishing any vocals. They also connect to the app very quickly and retain connection even in reduced wifi environments. The noise reduction capability is first rate, especially in noisy surroundings such as public places and factories. The result is virtually 100 percent noise cancellation. Listening modes are easily changed by tapping or holding an earbud briefly. The equalizer feature allows for customization of current music type to deliver improved sound based on personal preference. The voice control feature is a welcome addition and is easily set up allowing access to other features when both hands are encumbered. The only concern I have is regarding the coating or finish of the product. The earbuds used are white, and could possibly look aged more quickly if not properly maintained. Overall, this is an outstanding product, sure to provide years of listening pleasure.

I have been a Bose user for years and love my other quiet comfort earbuds. These earbuds are more comfortable and easier to grasp and put in. The case is smaller and more portable but the case is very slippery and feels cheap compared to the other earbuds case. I think if the case was easier to grasp, add a hole and clip and an addition case to personalize it would make it pretty close to perfect!

After a month of using this product, I love it so far especially when it comes to the audio quality and aware/silence mode. Although I still haven’t used other features that these earbuds have to offer and can’t say much about it for the meantime, I really like how it came with 3 types of ear tips including the stability bands to which I personally use the small-sized ear tips and it fit me perfectly in the end! Other earbuds that I’ve used in the past just kept falling off from my ears and I appreciate how these earbuds just stays in place whenever I relax or traveling to places. The noise-cancelling feature is the best when you want to block out any outside noise or voices and it does the job pretty well if you want to immerse yourself within your own world while listening to music, videos, movies, etc. Another best feature of these earbuds is the battery life and it lasts for a good while for me since I’m a college student who depends on these whenever I’m on break or studying. Even though I’m more of a headphones girl,I took a liking to these Bose QuietComfort earbuds pretty quickly and I can’t go anywhere without these. Plus, it doesn’t take a lot of space in my bag which I loved a lot!

Beautiful sound! earbuds just might not be for me

I think the main downside of these for me was the fit. My ears are on the smaller side, so I tend to go for headphones or earbuds that stay on the outside of the canal (like the 1st gen airpods, for example). I used the smallest setting and accessory pieces for the bose sneakpeek earbuds, and even with this change, they were still putting a bit too much pressure on my ear canal and causing some discomfort, and after longer periods, some pain. In terms of sound however, it is, as always, super clear and super rich, so that part was great. And I will say, for earbuds that were uncomfortable, they stayed in my ears very well during a couple of outside runs I used them for.

Worst ANC, app won't connect, poor customization

Admittedly, I am reviewing as a former Bose enthusiast and am comparing to their previous earbuds so I had high hopes. 1) The ANC is actually worse than all of their previous earbuds, I have tried them all. They are still ok but there is a lot more background sound (yes I tried the different tips, the ones that helped a little made the ANC fluctuate more) 2) The app fails to connect to the product. I was able to connect it on my phone and change the settings but now when it connects to my phone right next to me and click on the product in the QCE app it says it can't connect and that the product should be in range. 3) The plastic on the product and case are cheap 4) Bose removed essential features like the ability to turn off in ear detection and the voice prompts (I turn them off and she still speaks). 5) The ANC will randomly go off while in my ears. Now I can't even connect to the app to change the settings even if there was a setting. It may have to do with in ear detection going haywire but still. I have never had this issue from their other products. 6) I couldn't test the long battery life, which is why I wanted them, because the ANC kept turning off. I guess they have to go back to Bose
