They don't stay in your ear and when talk on the phone the other person can't hear me.

Bought it a month ago, not happy with the quality.
Also, it sometimes give me a headache when I wear it for more than 30 minutes

Rubber fin falls off.

The rubber fin constantly falls off of these. I wear these all day long at work and take them off a few times a day. I had the previous QC sport with the larger rubber earpiece and it stayed in the ear better and never came off of the earbuds. I lost one and they don’t sell them anymore so impossible to replace. These new versions still sound great, are smaller and lighter weight, but I’ve already lost one fin and it’s probably a matter of time before I lose the other sets.

Love the quality

Love the sound quality and color of the earbuds. I liked how they came with different sizes to adjust the comfort of the earbuds. My ears can’t handle wearing them for too long right now but I think it’s because my ears are used to my old earbuds still. But they make music and podcast sound amazing. I love the quiet, off, and aware features.

Perfect earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago, and only have good things to say, except for one small issue.
Pros:
1. The fit in my ear is OUTSTANDING. The way these are designed to use different parts of your ear for support is brilliant. They fit snugly without moving, they don't fall out while running/in the gym, and they don't press too tightly on my inner ear (unlike some "Pro" level in-ear earbuds).
2. The noise cancellation is excellent, much much better than air pods (even the pro version).
3. The 'Aware' mode is not the best transparency mode out there, but is more than enough for normal use.
4. The sound quality is more than good enough, you're not going to get much better out of earbuds.
Cons:
1. These pick up a fair bit of wind noise. When running, I usually have to switch off the noise cancellation, but this is OK since the noise isolation is still pretty good.

Won’t be buying again.

I bought these June 12 and as of July 5th it no longer works properly. The right earbud doesn’t work. The quiet controls still work but no media plays. I haven’t dropped them, there’s no damage. I just took them out of my ears, put them back in, and it didn’t work. I won’t be getting these again. They also weren’t very noise cancelling to begin with.
