[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] haven't had that long yet but so far its been great. The only complaint is the tone when the timer goes off is too low even on the highest setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a short while but I can certainly notice a difference between the old one and this one. It takes less time to heat and it heats evenly. It's a very solid microwave.
