Just installed yesterday. All is working as it should. This is my 2nd HP computer (or 3rd if you count the one in bought in 2014 that wouldn't even turn on - thankfully, I got a quick exchange done on that). It runs OK, but doesn't seem especially faster than my old HP Pavilion. My complaints are the power button, which is very narrow and needs to be pressed in using a fingernail. Also the optical DVD drive is sideways and flimsy and difficult to insert a disk. So far so good on its operation, but I just feel like the build quality is not as good as the Pavilion computer that I replaced.
I received the tower sooner than expected. Everything was connected and it was up and running very shortly after it was received. I have not had any problems from the tower and don't expect any.
Bought this to replace a 2010 HP Envy tower. Set up was very easy. Start up time is noticeably improved. It is used mostly for email, video and music streaming but it gets a little gaming use when the nephews visit and they are impressed with the improved response also.
This is a fast machine, with quick booting, thanks, in part, to the SSD. I do a lot of photo and video editing, and I'm very happy with the performance of this beautiful computer. Its weight is surprisingly light, compared to my previous desktop computer.
Replaced 10 year old HP computer, just so much faster and better in every way. Glad I made the purchase. My old one is still operational, so I sold it for low cost local, the HP brand really holds up, don't listen to the naysayers. Very little bloatware, cleaned it out in less than an hour.
