First impression is that the computer provides everything we need for normal household use.
Not sure that Windows 11 is an improvement on Windows 10 but that is not the fault of HP

I am rather pleased with my new HP computer but it will take me some time to adjust to its various foibles, most of which did not appear on my previous Acer computer. I am not enamoured with some of the included programmes so I am actively engaged in deleting those I do not use or do not want. So the computer seems to be settling down to my needs and anything really annoying is probably down to Microsoft especially their American methods of pushing and selling No real faults have shown up as yet, but two things that may be of note are annoying. First of all, I prefer to use my own pictures as backgrounds but often when I switch on, my picture has gone and I have to reset it again, and again. Secondly the mouse has got a habit of "sticking" when I least expect it and I have to wait until it decides to start moving again. However as I am using my old pc wi-fi mouse, it may be that this the problem.
Generally the pc is coming along to my way of working and this should improve once it and myself are better aqquainted. Finally I would ask HP to consider not to indulge in constant high speed marketing
methods which is anathema to someone of my age, I have been around too long to jump in any deep ends.

Most happy with my new Desktop All-in-One PC, Compact, neat looking & screen size is great. As a disabled OAP, this is suitable for my use/ needs. My last & very old PC is also a HP which I was happy, but with an old bulky CPU. Am so very pleased with this new All-in-One PC. I have an old HP laptop to use in an emergency. When that packed up, new one will be a HP one!

I have had my all in one desktop computer to replace my previous one which I had for 12 years. It was time to upgrade so that I could start using windows 11. It was delivered on time and very easy to set up and transfer all data from my old computer. The speed is most noticeable together with the silent operation. I am very pleased that i made the change and have stayed committed to HP
