For a brand new desktop, the fan makes a discernable noise unlike the one I bought 3 years ago. Once it goes to sleep after a period of inactivity, the monitor does not wake up with touch of a button. Unexpected behavior. The button to submit this survey says "Submit as a disappointed PRINTER" !! What ??

Probably a decent product, but doesn’t compare to the HP Pavillion I’ve owned for 11 years. No front lights other than Power, so can’t tell if internal storage is being accessed (like during image backup). Advertises internal PCIe expansion ports, but no way to find out what’s available on my unit. No tech info available on any of the individual front or back USB ports, or identified on the ports. Other than ads, there seems to be no tech info available for this unit on any of the HP web sites.
Love the new machine replacing my 10 year old Pavilion 6 core machine. That SSD boot drive just flys. Full restart in 20 seconds. Windows Updates finish rapidly, right before my eyes. After I moved all my data, even my Windows 7 full drive and system image backup completes in a 3rd the time. Great cost too.
I bought this computer a couple of weeks ago and am loving it so far. It boots up in seconds and everything runs smoothly and quickly. Can easily toggle between multiple open applications without any decrease in speed. Hope it stays like this for a while.
I just started using this pc about a week ago. so far I have not had any difficulties. It is quiet takes up little space on my desk and has everything I need from USB ports to dvd drive. starts up quickly and I am able to switch from program to another without lag.
