[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this HP to replace my older HP. I was happy with the older HP but wanted to upgrade. I had some concerns with ordering a new computer but those concerns were quickly dashed. The setup with the new computer was simple, quick and most important, painless. My files from the older HP transferred over with little effort. The only glitch so far, and it is minor, is the computer refuses to go into sleep mode even though we have it set for ten minutes. Otherwise, I am quite pleased with my new HP!

Along with my son I had built and ordered a better processor, solid state hard drive and larger, It has been wonderful, although it took a long time to transfer data from the old one, I am getting quicker data recovery from my new PC.
