I purchased this computer a couple of weeks ago. I wanted more speed and ram than in my old computer. I often have 20 or more tabs open in my Chrome browser. Chrome eats a ton of memory but this computer handles it well.

Tried to start computer yesterday, but it would not open. I could not restore. Luckily a nearby computer repair service was able to restore it. They said it crashed and I would not have been able to fix. Computer is up and running now and works great.

I purchased this PC for my father who is an avid user of the internet, email, and social media. The dread I always have is transferring his files and setting up the PC to his liking. I have to say this was less painful for me than with his last PC. He has more storage and a better processor to meet his needs. I added Microsoft Office 360 as well and hooked up his Envy printer with very little effort.
