THIS PC CAME WITHOUT THE WIRELESS KEYBOARD & MOUSE RECEIVER (DONGLE), SO IT WAS USELESS TO ME! AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS & MANY HOURS SPENT ON THE PHONE WITH VARIOUS HP DEPARTMENT I GAVE U, SENT EVERYTHING BACK & BOUGHT A DELL INSTEAD. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! THANK YOU DELL! HP REALLY, REALLY SUCKS!! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF AGRIVATION & GET A DELL!

I bought the HP Envy Desktop last week and it is a great disappointment. I installed a 2TB hard drive from my old computer in to the HP and then I tried to boot up from my old hard drive but your BIOS wouldn't allow me to do that. Now I have to manually move all my old programs to the Envy and unfortunately, I keep getting error messages that my old software is not compatible with the Envy software.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
