Love my Luminar 5

I just LOVE my outdoor Luminar 5 sauna. What an awesome sauna. Everything is first class, from the beautiful interior cedar wood, the aluminum siding, the steel roof, the bluetooth system and the chronotherapy. I love the tinted windows, giving you privacy, yet allowing you to enjoy looking out at nature while in the sauna. I can't say enough good things about it. It exceeds my expectations, which were high to begin with!

Money well spent

Purchased this sauna based on a friend's recommendation. We absolutely love it. Money well spent. I wish I had feedback on how easy or difficult it is to assemble. I did not have the time, so we hired the same handyman that put my friend's Sun Homes sauna together. Bottom line? Can you our a price tag on your health and well being? Totally worth it!

Things are heating up!

I have been using the sauna now for just over two months and have been loving it. The app is great that I can just preheat it and go out when I’m ready. Really enjoy using the time in the sauna to relax and reconnect with friends and family members. Was not expecting to use it as much as I am but it’s just so nice!

Worth every penny!

My husband and I purchased the Sun Home Luminar Outdoor 5-Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna with the red light add on 8 months ago. We use it on average 4 days a week and love how quickly it heats up. The tinted glass is perfect for us as we have plenty of people passing by on boats and cars and they cannot see in, even when it's on! We are looking to purchase another sauna for our Airbnb and know our guests will love it too!

Love my new Sun Home Saunas Luminar 5

My experience was great! I bought my Luminar 5 on the black Friday sale at a great price, delivery was white glove to the spot I requested in the backyard and done professionally. I put the Sauna together myself, with the help of my 16 year old son (and a neighbor to help lift the roof piece). The assembly took me 3-4 hours (as stated on the website) and I'm by no means a "handy Man" but I'm capable. I've been using the Sauna for a week now, and absolutely love it! It heats up quickly to 140F degrees (15 minutes maybe from 65F outside temp) and the lights, bluetooth speakers look and sound great. We're super excited about our lifetime of health benefits the Sauna will provide our family.

Frustrated and so disappointed

After ordering 11/4 and having major issues with the Lumineer 5 being shipped it is finally installed in my back yard. It’s beautiful and… it does NOT work. It is over the holidays (some of the issues were also over thanksgiving) so the company has not been working for me to have communication. It does not turn on. The control panel doesn’t work. I am frustrated. I have been so looking forward to this product. Hopefully they will get me a new control panel soon. It’s been 8 weeks! I’ve got the Cold Plunge Pro in my back yard (and received 4 weeks ago when I ordered the sauna virtually the same time) which I love, but was looking forward to the sauna as well. I am quite frustrated and very disappointed. I’ll offer another review once it’s up and running. the way it’s been going that may take another month… 😱😮😢

Not as easy to put together

Honestly, after spending this much money, I am more than disappointed in the service received. I’ve left messages with no calls returned. The instructions to put this together are terrible. The pictures that come with it are low quality and it definitely is not as easy as they advertise. Overall, not impressed at all with the company or the service received. I honestly hope the sauna turns out to be better than the service I’ve received so far and hopefully I get a callback at some point about my questions but at this point not holding my breath.

My new Luminar sauna

I really like the look and all the functions of the sauna. It was fairly easy to assemble but I’m glad Ivhad two other family members helping lift and install the walls & roof panels. I also really like the red light therapy option !
