The second timing was delivered with no damage. I agree with many comments, this thing is great. It produces so much ice when you want it to, or warmer temps if ice isn’t your thing. Something about the ice brings a whole other level of anxiety. This is a great tub and I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

My brother got the Plunge model about six months ago, before Sun Home Saunas released this model. I liked the Plunge, but I didn’t love it. When Sun Home released their Pro model, we both agreed the look and features were superior to the Plunge, so I had to take the dive and purchase it.
We LOVE the Pro model and both agree it is better than the Plunge. My brother is now kicking himself!
Trust me, you will not regret this purchase!!!

I’ve done my fair share of cold plunging and nothing compares to my pro. I have a pretty high cold tolerance and thermal barrier since I plunge a lot so having the floating ice and the ability to get below freezing ensures helps optimize my plunge experience compared to the weaker plunges out there that can’t make ice. I also love that it’s on wheels so I can move it around my house. Overall very impressed with the quality and the power of the unit.

Sun Home's cold plunges are incredibly impressive! I adore their sleek exterior design, and their user-friendly temperature control and ice-generator makes it a breeze to adjust. Plus, the advanced technology and effective filtration system ensure it stays clean, which is crucial for me to relax and focus on my goals. Could not recommend a better high-end cold plunge.

Cold! But we’re loving it!

I could have given 4 stars because it took forever to receive after ordering. But the product is really great. We’ve only had a month so I can’t speak to longevity. But so far set up and function is seamless. And we are loving the practice. It’s a family thing now. I’m already seeing results in reducing joint pain and just feeling better overall. It’s an investment for sure but is there a better investment than in your health??

Awesome cold plunge

So far it's been great, plenty of room as I'm 6'2 280 and I fit fine. Gets too temp you set it for and it stays right there. Very well built, and can be used outdoors as well as indoors. We absolutely live it so far
