Since it is always someone different that repsonds you will always get a different answer. Make sure you really want this item because it is a pain to exchange or return. They want to charge me a 25% restocking fee and I never revived the item.

Despite being heavy, it was not difficult to assemble. The sauna is durable and well made. It greats great heat. It does take more like 45 minutes to heat up to a good temperature compared to the 20-30 minutes stated on the website but if you plan ahead it’s not an issue.

This Sauna was very easy to assemble with two people. Very well designed and constructed. heaters are very poerful with even heat distribution. Great lighting and sound system as well.
