My Sun Home Equinox II Sauna

wanted to share how much I’ve been enjoying my Sun Home Equinox sauna. I use it every day for about 20 minutes, and it’s become one of my favorite parts of my routine. The heat quality and overall experience have been fantastic, and I genuinely look forward to it each day.
I’m giving a four-star review, and the only reason it’s not a full five stars is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to set a timer to start the sauna at a specific time. Having that feature would make the experience even more convenient, especially for those of us with set daily schedules.
Overall, I’m very happy with the product—just hoping for that extra bit of functionality in the future.

This is an incredible Sauna. Well constructed, high quality materials and craftsmanship. The infared sauna has been life changing. My wife and I both feel incredible and have never slept better!

Surprised at how nice this was to assemble. Comes in minimal pieces and directions are very straightforward. For a couple sections we utilized the online tutorials. My husband and I got this together during our daughter’s nap time! Love the Bluetooth feature and how sleek the design is.

New Life-Changing Habit

Received the SunHome Equinox 2-person sauna about a week ago. Surprisingly easy to set up with a couple people. I've been using it for the last week and have already noticed changes to sleep and overall "looseness" of my aches and pains. I've have multiple surgeries over the last five years and this new sauna protocol will be life-changing. I never thought I'd look forward to such a good sweat each night. The entire family has now made appointments to come and use our new sauna. I look forward to many years of using this as my old bones get older!

Poor performance

My sauna takes way too long to heat up. I have to sit in it for 10 minutes before the temp goes up 2 degrees. It takes an hour to get up to 120. I would not recommend this product

The temperature says up to 170 and only reaches 135 after 90 minutes. I thought it had red light therapy but it doesn’t and isn’t able to add it, or add any heating panels. We paid 2,000 more than our parents who just got one a few months ago and theirs reaches its maximum temperature of 149 in about 40 minutes. Very disappointing! It is beautiful though…..
