Great Quality Sauna

We’ve been really enjoying our Sauna so far. It was easy to put together and is perfect for our needs. I've been using it almost every day after working out. Initially, I was worried about missing the steam of a traditional sauna but I don't at all. I also can't say enough good things about the Blueetooth speakers!!

Every single thing about this sauna is AWESOME! Delivery was easy and the directions for assembly were well written and clear (AND you DO actually need 2 people to assemble it— just like the directions say)! The sauna experience is like no other- and I’ve tried lots of saunas throughout my life. I decided on this one because it is the best in its class— we are very happy with our sauna-ing experience! Only regret is that I thought about it a month or two too long- I could have been saunaing instead!

Best purchase in a long time if not ever

The process to purchase our sauna was simple and seamless. Delivery was timely and well done. It was super simple to put together and we were ready to use it in about an hour. It has been a great addition to our workout routine and is used daily by us with zero issues. Super happy with our purchase with zero issues.

Have been loving the sauna overall and using it regularly has been a great addition to my wellness routine. Only feedback would be to include an app so that the sauna can be turned on remotely to heat up.

I love this sauna! Shipping and delivery was much easier than expected. Assembly isn't that difficult, but I would strongly suggest at least three people. It takes an hour to get to around 130 degrees. It will get to 165-70 but it takes multiple hours and it isn't necessary. The sweet spot for me is between 120-130. I usually get in when it's around 115 and the last ten or fifteen minutes of a 40 minute session, I'm sweating really good. I love the bluetooth speakers. Just toss on a podcast or playlist and the time goes by. The bottom of the sauna doesn't get as much heat but it's no big deal to pull your legs up on the bench. The major boon though is that it feels amazing. Super relaxing and has a definite impact on pain and stiffness. I have arthritis in my neck, shoulder, and hands. I usually get in in the evening before bed, sleep like a baby, and it has yet to disappoint me when I wake the next morning. Pain and morning stiffness are noticeably reduced. After a long walk with my senior dog, she has even gotten into the habit of wanting to get in. I help her onto the bench and set the temp at 100 and she does about 15 minutes. I think we both like the subtle tickling vibrations one feels from the full spectrum lights. Kind of makes one giddy! It's an everyday ritual over here!

I recently purchased the Sun Home, Equinox 2 person Full Spectrum, Black Edition Sauna for my home, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. Setting it up was a breeze, it took approximately two hours to assemble, no major tools, with clear instructions. The sleek design, with eucalyptus finish, and aesthetically, it is great piece furniture.
The heat kicks in fast. I like the built-in control panel—it’ is user friendly, letting me tweak the temp and time without fumbling around. The infrared and full spectrum heaters are a standout; they heat my muscles, not just the air, so I feel that post-workout relief every time. Plus, it’s quiet—no loud fans or weird hums, just peace and serenity. I have the option to use light therapy as well.
I’ve been using it 5-6 times a week for 30- 60 minute sessions, and my sleep has improved, I lost 20lbs and my energy has increased tremendously.
If you’re on the fence about an in-home sauna, Sun Home saunas are dream. Invest in your health. It is reliable, cozy, and totally transformative!

Very long warm up time

This is the second time I'm posting this review because they took the previous one down without my consent. The Sauna takes a very long time to warm up. In fact, it takes longer to warm up that the maximum timer you can set on the sauna (60 minutes).
