I use another HP printer before, still working very good but is too old. I love that new model. Is really easy to print my customers invoices with phone app. Also look very stylish on my little office.

As a business owner and working from home most...

As a business owner and working from home most of the time even in this modern enviromentally friendly times a printer is essential. I have had HP printers in the past and loved them and this one which has upgraded my very old one has given me nothing to beleive this is still the best printer company in the market.
When you open the box the printer is packaged superbly. Tightly packed, secure and very well protected.
Setting it up is easy and took me less than 10 minutes.
Wired connection to my pc and wireless to my mobile and ipad via the app was all set up in minutes.
Considering its features its not a huge bulky business level printer on my desk its a business level printer but small enough to use space efficiently and only fractionally larger than my older more basic model.
So now i have a buisiness level printer, 9 months Instant Ink which is an amazing service and I couldnt be happier.
I cant even think of anything that could be improved.

I have never had a printer/copier/scanner before so this is a great all-in-one for a first time user to HP printers. It's modern enough to be able to print from smartphone and tablet for friends and child users as there is a very use to use touchscreen display to guide you through how you'd like to use the printer. HP+ is a great added bonus for Smart Ink that is cost effective and makes sense to make use of. The self-healing WiFi feature is great as the printer will continue to print and ensures all connections are maintained so there is no need to cancel printing nor start again. I am also impressed by the automatic document feeder and amount of sheets that can be fed into this. On top of this, this printer can print two-sided with no hassle which is a great added feature for home printing without being an industrial work type printer.
I am yet to use HP Smart App but this is the next thing I will be doing to customise my printing experience overall.
I have so far printed documents for work and a couple glossy photos of which the quality have been to a high standard. The machine itself works quickly and isn't overly noisy.
Highly recommended thus far!

Working from home will be the norm for me going into the office once or twice a week, so this came at the right time. I had an old HP printer which drank ink and was not realiable. So welcome to Working from home with a good printer. Decided to set up last Saturday so that Monday morning I would be set up thinking this will take forever - in a hour, set up with the app, linked up to home broadband and had set up for free 6 months of cartridges. Little instructions supplied but basically the printer set inself up with the help of pressing ok button every so often. It looks professional, prints well and on both sides - it is eco too. It will let HP know when I need more cartidges - so no more realising you have no others in the house and an improtant report needs to be sent as a copy. We have printed remotely from mobiles- I was working and a voucher came through for the resturant we were going to that night from my husband mobile. My lap top from work picks the printer up so no setting up and plugging into a lap top. Really pleased and compatible with home computer and lap top both HP.
