Overpriced for the features and quality

This soundbar is mediocre. I expected better sound quality and features given the price point. I would recommend either splurging on a higher quality product or buying the cheapest alternative you can find.

Clear highs and decent bass

Sounds really good. Has decent bass and doesn’t sound cheap.

will not power on

Unit will not power up. Tried other sockiets still no power!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're here to help with your JBL Bar 5.0 MultiBeam. Please try to power cycle the soundbar by unplugging it for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back into a power source. Check if there's any damage on the power cord, or try switching the power cord if you have alternatives to see if the issue continues. If you need more help, please contact us so we can assist you.

Its not user freindly at all, at least for me.

I got this last dec. I find it very difficult to connect it to wifi. I'm not even sure I've successfully downloaded the latest software update. The usb music playback its extremely primitive. I like to make usb mp3 playlist. I pop in the usb in the back and there's no, i mean zero functionality. It plays but it starts from beginning to end you can't skip a song, repeat, nothing.

We appreciate your feedback. Wi-Fi setup can be done via the Google Home App. 1. Connect your Android or iOS device to your home Wi-Fi network. 2. Download the Google Home app. Sign in with your Google account. If you do not have one, create a new one. 3. Follow the app instructions to complete the setup. Please note that USB playback is only available on the US version of this device. It supports MP3 files. The feature is basic, allowing playback only; skipping and repeating are not supported. USB playback is an add-on feature and may not be optimized. Software updates occur automatically when you're connected to the internet. Should you require further assistance, please contact us.
