Very nice unit. Love that the curling wants are specified to the direction of curl! Left and right, or curling away from face or towards face styles

I loved this dryer and it’s features until….A professional quality product that when one piece breaks, the company directs you to destroy the dryer that still runs, just needs a new attachment button. Sends you a ‘new’ dryer that’s actually just refurbished and it breaks the same day you use it. The very same piece that broke the last time! Very upset they replaced my dryer with a refurbished one. A product under warranty product breaks, you make it right, not cheat your product users.

I don’t normally write reviews for products but this thing has changed my life and the way I do my hair forever. I’ve always been a curling iron girl but the Aire 360 is a game changer. It creates the most voluminous salon quality curls. It’s easy to use, made of ceramic which makes the curls hold longer than other brands. You can just tell that this product was tried, tested, and QA’ed over and over. The design itself is also SO chic with colors that are so aesthetic and can blend well with your bathroom. The packaging and storage bag is also top notch and doesn’t come with too many attachments that are normally useless.
The only improvements I’d love to see moving forward is one barrel that could work for both directions so we don’t have to switch it out. Also a cool shot that doesn’t require to be held down. Otherwise, kudos to the all the designers of this product!!

I was a many year user of the similar product that Dyson makes. It quit working and I didn't replace it. I've been using T3 curing irons, which I love, but really missed the body I got from the air wrap tool. Because the T3 curling irons work so well in my hard to stay curled hair, I decided to try this Aire 360. The T3 definitely outperforms the Dyson. It comes with great attachments. It gives my hair amazing volume. I LOVE that the curling barrels are ceramic and not plastic. But the barrel size is so big that I don't get a tight enough curl and it falls out too soon. T3- if you would PLEASE make the curling barrels in one or two smaller sizes this would be the holy grail of styling tools! A 1" or even 3/4" diameter would be great. I feel like the smaller sizes would work so well for people with hard to stay curled hair like mine and also for people with shorter hair.

Great set but needs A concentrator for the blow dryer

Great set !! However the dryer needs a concentrator attachment or it just blows your hair everywhere. Hope they make that something you can buy otherwise you need to have a regular blow dryer.

Love my multi tool!

I'm in love with my new multi-tool. It's quiet blow dryer and it also allows me to give volume on the crown or were needed with the attachable hairbrush and the air wands create curls or soften the ends of a bob too. I am living using my new T3 tool!
