This product will be crushed by the weight of the washer dryer combo. Hopefully your washing maching doesn’t get damaged in the process like mine did. Samsung will deny a faulty product and won’t even honor their warranty on the washer dryer combo. Samsung doesn’t stand behind their products. Stay away!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Matches but low quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate and like this thing. It's nice to lift the unit up to a workable height. It's extremely flimsy and cheaply made. Arrived damaged after backorder so I had to book a second appointment to lift the AIO on top of it because it CANNOT support any weight except on the mount points as that is the only place it is reinforced. Scratches super easy, drawer opens and closes pretty smooth but rattles like an old car. Make sure you level and balance this thing while it's running. I ran the unit on a spin cycle to level the feet out and stop the insane shaking, the install team just put a level on the AIO and left.
It's pricey, but it will save your back
I would recommend this to a friend!

More fragile than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pedestal was easily crushed in the middle when tipping the washer up onto it. I got this for the all in one washer which is very heavy. If you don't have enough people to lift the washer up perfectly straight and put it down gently, pass on this. Left and right sides of mine are crushed in the middle when 2 of us tried to tilt the washer up onto this pedestal.

Vented - more room in my - calibration is key

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the machine but service is nonexistent. I will only touch on service with this review to complete the story on the product itself.
First the machine - installed, calibrated and set up, test wash and then a snag when we attempted first load. Error about 20 min in saying check shipping bolts with no option to get out of error. We quadruple confirmed they had been removed but only option after 30 min call was for the deli/installers to come out. After much back and forth we acquiesced knowing they were not going to be able to do anything. Mind you you this was scheduled for another week out - unacceptable given all the issues we had getting the machine.
So we unplugged the machine to stop the beeping and I ran a rinse spin on the load that had stopped. Same problem.
After several more attempts and checks I unplugged again, and recalibrated after plugging back in. IT WORKED! After that load we moved the machine back in place - it’s heavy but sliders are awesome - AND recalibrated again. No issues.
It does take getting used to putting in and taking out dry clothes. I did validate several times that water was going in and out and the drum was spinning! Having a tank that contains the soap and fabric softener for multiple loads is weird. I can’t tell if it’s using either or how much it’s using. Time will tell on that matter.
I have done maybe 12 loads of laundry in the the past 3 days since getting the machine (seriously a whole nother story on delivery (scheduled 4x not once because of us - and oh so much more) so I feel a bit of an expert having done so much laundry and choosing the different cycles.
For towels even though I asked for more dry, I still had to do another time dry cycle for them to actually dry.
I don’t iron so the fact that some clothes complete more wrinkly than my old machine is something I need to work with. (I do hang and fold immediately)
An annoyance I will work through is that I can’t stop the dryer and open the door right away as the machine feels it needs to cool for about 5 min regardless of the length of time it was on.
We got black and I love the color. I also love that I have more room in my laundry room!
We did not want to introduce more humidity into the house so got the vented version and put the machine where the washer once stood. Our laundry table/basket now sits where the dryer was and you can’t see the dryer vent behind.
The machine is relatively quiet. It doesn’t take a lot of extra time to run a wash/dry cycle (<1 hour to about 2 to 2.5 hours).
I recommend this machine so far but consider purchasing from your local appliance store where service may be a commodity.

A necessary accessory!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome and really helps take the whole setup of our all-in-one to the next level. Our previous washer/dryer pedestal was just a pedestal, but no drawer. The drawer makes all the difference as we're able to store most of our laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc inside there. The pedestal also lifts the washer/dryer up to the perfect height so you don't have to bend over so far to get clothes in and out. A simple thing that is very well worth its price.

Overall decent pedestal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has 2 compartments easier to separate laundry detergents and other stuffs and is easier to use. It provides good height to my bespoke laundry combo so that I don't have to bow down to load and extract my laundry. Overall I am happy with it and glad i got it. A little expensive though.

Excellent Accessory for my Combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent pedestal for your Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. It raises the Combo at the level that allows you to easily load and unload your clothes. Just make sure to have a few guys help you as the Combo is very heavy. There is also a Video Tutorial on YouTube, make sure to watch it so you are ready to install it correctly.
