I love how easy it was to install and setup. I'm also enjoying the bluetooth side of the lock. I can have my door unlocked before I even walk up to it

who need a key when you can use your finger?

Glad that I got this. Adding a fingerprint sensor to my door was the best purchase i have made so far this year. It save me all the time when I was looking for my key, or all those days when I was checking if I brought my keys with me. The fingerprint is fast and accurate, and I got a notification whenever my kids comes home. Thank you for a product that really works!

It's so nice to be able to talk to a real person to get help. She had me reset (unplug and re-plug the power cord) the vision connect hub. That step was not in the directions I had received to update my firmware. After resetting the hub everything worked fine. However, earlier the Lockly app directed me to install a new app, Lockly Home, I was also able to learn from her that I should delete that new app.
