Great microwave oven

I love my microwave oven until today I was unable to shut the door and I read the owners manual and I completed an internet research to no avail. I purchased my microwave oven last month and I need it repaired. I need a new microwave oven because I tried to repair the inoperable door that does not shut.

Lacking Aesthetically

I have a black microwave. The key pad is difficult to see unless there is an overhead light on in the kitchen (back lighting the touch pad would be nice). Additionally, though it hasn't created a problem, the door doesn't line up as you would expect. Looks crooked though it does not seem to be a problem sealing the cooking compartment when shut.

Just what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outside design is very sleek. Touchscreen, as opposed to microwaves with dials, etc. is easy to clean. The multistage cooking feature is great! I use it everyday for oatmeal. Especially love the timer. Instead of having to access my phone and then go to and set its timer, the microwave timer is handier and it only takes three keystrokes to start it. Perhaps GE would consider adding backlighting to the control panel to make it easier to read. Otherwise, I'm glad my previous, high-end microwave crashed because I like this one better.
