[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it does work well. Easy to put together and operate. I like running the wet function across the entire floor and then wait the 5 minute like it says in the instructions before going back and drying vs. going right back over the wet floor to dry immediately. By the time I wet clean the whole floor, it's time to go back and suck up the water anyway. I like how you can switch from hardwood to rug function easily. After I was finished cleaning the floors, it was easy to disassemble and clean. I was amazed at how dirty the water was and how much hair came out. I don't have a pet but I have long hair and there was a big ball of it in there. Here are the minor drawbacks: 1. Be sure to vacuum with a vacuum cleaner first. (Gasp!) Yes, you should do that to pick up any loose dirt, hair, etc. I vacuumed on Friday and got this on Sunday, so I went straight to using it vs running the sweeper. Even though it had only been 2 days, my hair was still wrapped around the brush. So when I cleaned the brush, I spent some time pulling my hair off that was wrapped around it. It wasn't much, but enough for me to kick myself for not vacuuming first with a vacuum cleaner again. 2. It is fairly easy to clean on the stairs but I wish there was a smaller attachment to clean them and go around the edges of the room or a small area rug (I wrestled with the small rug and crosswave). Like others pointed out, there's a small gap between the cleaner and wall. Would be nice to have something to run along there or other small areas to clean. Overall, it is worth the purchase. But remember to clean it afterwards like the instructions say. And if you're not going to take the time to run a vacuum regularly or right before using the crosswave and clean the crosswave after you use it, then this probably isn't for you. It will likely clog and break.
Pros: Easy to use, Lightweight, Would Recommend
Cons: Area Rugs, Hardwood Floors, High Traffic Areas, Tile Floors
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this cleaning appliance on my area rug and kitchen. I have two young kids and a cat so it was put to the test. I got lots of dirty water from both the rug and kitchen. The rug seems refreshed but I'm not sure if it's as thorough as a real carpet cleaner. I'll have to test other attachments and my technique but either way it seems much cleaner. The hardwood floors on the kitchen are what really sold me. We had hardened yogurt, cracker crumbs, shredded carrots, and other particles from the afternoon. The mop was able to get most of the particles. it struggled with some larger oat pieces and some hardened thick spots on the floor. I was able to scrub those manually for a second and then the mop picked those up. It was so nice to be able to just use one machine. I'm always sweeping and then mopping. As working mom, that's too much! This is going to be a game changer for me!
Pros: Easy to use, Lightweight, Quick cleanup, Removes pet odor, Removes Stains and Spots, Would Recommend
Cons: Hardwood Floors, High Traffic Areas, Multi-Surface
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few minutes and getting the hang of how this machine works best I am very impressed with the job it does and think it's well worth the money considering the time and effort saved. I would recommend this machine most definitely!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! Easy to use after you do it one or two times. Nice that it can vacuum without using the floor wash feature. Fairly light weight and easy to maneuver. Time will tell but this company has a great history!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to use. Way easier then with wet swifter or similar because of little effort to roll forward and back. It really het the dust and dirt up. I only wish the holding tank was bigger or at least hold as much as the solution tank. Thank U

I purchased this hoping for the best wet and dry multi-floor cleaning in one system. What I have is a vacuum that is weak and doesn't pick up well. I'm better off sweeping. Then the dirty water leaks from the canister over what I'm hoping is a clean floor since I just cleaned it but that's not the case. The Crosswave leaves streaks on the tile showing the areas that weren't covered. After going over my freshly cleaned Bissell floors with a steam mop it's clear just how well this product worked. Filthy! I'm now out of more than $200 and I still need a vacuum. Garbage now just sitting in my garage.
Cons: Leaky

Oh no! It sounds like there are a couple issues happening with your machine. Please call us at 800-237-7691 so we can make sure you have a working CrossWave.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a toddler. The cross wave wet cleaning does the trick. It cleans with clean water, scrubs the sticky spots, and vacuums up the dirty liquid and solids alike with ease. Some have noted there is a little cleanup to do after as being a downside but I find it very easy and fast. I also appreciate the capacity to clean my entire house without needing to refill.
