[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this vacuum to clean our newly built house that was covered in clay and sawdust. We tried to clean it on our own with a Dyson vacuum and mop but the dirt was still in the crevices of our hardwoods floors. After mopping with the Crosswave, I can take a Lysol wipe to my floors and it comes up still white. We are very satisfied! I was also very impressed that it just sucks up the hair. I've always had trouble with long hair wrapping around the spinning brush at the front of a vacuum. Not this one! Well worth the money!
I absolutely LOVE my CrossWave it's great for pets & kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely Love Love Love this product. I use to steam mop and wash the floors by hand once, maybe twice a week. Now that we have a puppy with winter weather our floor are a constant mess along with all of the things that our children spill on the floor. This mop is AMAZING because now instead of sweeping and then moping its all done in one sweep. My floor are always clean and I am always amazed with how much I get up on a daily basis. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because this wet dry vac is quite noisy when in use. So I tend to do it when I get a free moment with no one around. My only other issue with the mop is that the used water canister does not have a filter so when i dump out the old water into the sink i have to grab the hair and debri out before it goes down the sink. All in all I LOVE this product even with the two issues i would buy it again and am thinking of doing so for a Christmas gift.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bissell. It cuts my cleaning time down in half since I don't have to sweep and then mop. We have a huge area rug that I've only vacuumed and when I used the Bissell after vacuuming it still picked up so much dog hair it was insane. I've already been recommending it to all of my family and friends.
I do not recommend, this product was nice to try out but at the end of the day it was loud and didn't do as expected! It was easier for me to mop and sweep with my broom & mop. Took many "swipes" to clean up a spot on my floor. Just over all a pain for the price it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear this, Cleta. We're happy to provide tips to improve the results with your CrossWave. Please call us anytime if we can help with your machine at 1-800-237-7691.
This Wet Dry Vac is the best investment I have made in quite awhile. My house is 5,000sf with no carpet. The majority of my floors are white painted pinewood and the remaining are dark pine as well as tile in a sunroom. When I first got the CrossWave, I cleaned the entire house. My floors were beautiful. I keep a very clean house so I was shocked at the dirt picked up by the CrossWave and shocked at the number of times I had to empty the cannister. This Vac has incredible suction. It also cleaned my area rugs superbly. My floors and rugs still looked clean several weeks later. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the CrossWave sooner!
The CrossWave was not the saving grace it was professed to be-certainly not "all-in-one" though it did cut down on some of the legwork for my cleaning routine. I found that the air filter got nasty after the first use or two and from there out, there was a foul stench when using it. It also takes an incredible amount of cleaning product which will get very expensive. It was not at all effective on area rugs for wet or dry vacuuming - poor suction power. The cord is very long so it allows you to cover more area unlike the Cordless version which is convenient but short-lived before running out of battery. If it clogs a little bit, dirty water will be everywhere, but fortunately it's very easy to clean. This machine certainly cuts down on the time required to clean and has average results. It won't replace your other go-tos for thorough cleaning, however. Keep your broom, dustpan, mop, vacuum and other cleaning tools. This is a nice additional to household cleaning supplies and routines, but will not fully replace them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use on vinyl and thin rugs. I like best how EASY it is to clean!! Great feature because one thing I hated about my bigger rug cleaner was cleaning the parts that were impossible to clean. Has a lot of power too. Great design, great machine, very helpful.
