[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love!! I honestly thought my floors were clean until using my Crosswave. I go over my floors twice when cleaning. Well, did not look like it after using my Crosswave. My floors (tile and hardwood) were filthy!! Everyone should own one of these!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works as advertised. It leaves my pre-finished wood floors gleaming. But holy moly make sure you wear ear plugs when using it because it creates a high-pitched whine when running.
I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the Bissell CrossWave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ABSOLUTELY love the Bissell CrossWave! It truly mops and vacuums great on hardwood floors and area rugs for dirt and pet hair. It does take a few extra movements to pick up the wet dog hair from the hardwood floor since I have a golden, but it gets the job done! With a broom and a dust pan I could never pick up all of my golden's shedded hair but with the CrossWave there is no site of shedding anywhere!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my CrossWave and have only used a few times. So far it feels like a substantial, quality product. I love how easy it is to vacuum and mop the kitchen quickly while I have dinner in or between loads of laundry. I would like the moping action to be a little more aggressive however for a working mother the convenience allows me to keep the floors cleaner than with a traditional vacuum and mop combo because I can use it more frequently. I wish I would have had this when my kids were smaller!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth it. You know how you will see these new gadgets and wonder to yourself if it is worth it? This is. It does have a learning curve but once you figure it out this vacuum saves you time. I have two dogs and three kids, they are constantly tracking in dirt from our property. Couple tips, it is not like a regular vacuum, pick up the bigger items. Even something smaller like a Q-Tip will get caught. Clean the brush in the tray half way through a large area of the house and always use a clean brush on a carpet! Do not clean hard floors then go to a carpet, I learned that the hard way! Last tip, this isn't a quick fix dust buster type of machine. It's too involved to use it to clean up a small spill but it is great to clean an entire room.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh heck yes I wish I had bought this sooner instead of going through 5 million wet swiffer pads! Vacuum *and* mop at the same time? Yes thank you! Has a little difficulty with edges and corners but that's to be expected with the retrospective shapes.
