[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works Ok on the floor scrubbing option, the negative is the squeegee always leaves water behind when suction and going backwards as you move the machine in the direction your going to clean floor looks streaky after the scrubbing I just completed the job by mopping after, but it does clean and scrub the floor def. a diffrence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two toddlers who make a mess! I have to clean the floors daily. I have a few area rugs to Protect my new floors and play rugs in their playroom. This machine cleans both rugs and floors beautifully. I spend way less time cleaning the floor since I got it. I'm really happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Hoover FloorMate before purchasing the Bissell. My FloorMate lasted for about 4 years (including a repair) my apartment is around 600 sqft. So far I prefer the Bissell, the swivel head makes it easier to clean hard to reach places. The Bissell is sleeker and easier to control. The CrossWave requires slightly more maintenance, but I think it will be worth it in the long run.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the CrossWave on my sealed oak flooring, my ceramic tile flooring and my area rugs. It is so easy to use and my floors shine like new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that I'm vacuuming and washing the floors at the same time, especially the carpets. My only complaint is I wish it had attachments. I feel like I need to keep my old vacuum to get into smaller spaces still.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is easy to use and works well on our tile floors as well as our epoxied garage floor. We are very happy with our purchase.
