[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my Crosswave 5 times in the 3 weeks I've had it. While I am very pleased with the cleaning job, I mopped 2 rooms, put it in my utility room for lunch break. When I went back there was a large puddle of cleaning water on my floor! The clean water reservoir was now empty. I removed the reservoir and it came out but left the fikter/cap in the hole. I now cannot get that cap out!! Need some help please! Thanks

Hi Mary. The best way to get the cap removed from the machine is to use tweezers or plyers to grab the side of the cap and lift it out. If you still need our help, please contact us at support.bissell.com.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bad back and the CrossWave makes cleaning my floors much easier. The assembly was quite easy. However, the after mopping cleanup is a little difficult because I have 3 dogs and so a lot of wet hair ends up in the roller, etc.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have used it once so far. I keep a clean house but if the filthy sludge water I poured out is any indicator of how it cleans then it did a really good job! Not really suitable for the bathrooms because not able to get in spaces that tight but I used it on luxury vinyl plank through the rest of the house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good deal. I've only used it a few times but so far it's working well. I bought it mostly to clean the tile grout. I was impressed on how funky the water was when I emptied the dirty water tank. I have always mopped my floors with a cotton mop and rinsing it in the sink several times while mopping. I am glad I bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really well. Only comment would be to have a stiffer brush for realism dirtier surfaces. Other than that, I give it two thumbs up.
Pros: Easy to use, Lightweight, Would Recommend
Cons: Area Rugs, Carpet, Multi-Surface, Tile Floors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very intuitive and simple To use . Cleaned wooden floors easily! I've had Dustin's and Hoovers. This is the best One yet!

I love this lightweight cleaning 'toy'. I now have 2...one for the downstairs and the other for upstairs...no lugging required even though it's lightweight...just more convenient! Cleaning products work well, too.
