[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a mother of two and so never have time to mop on top of everything. I really thought this was the solution. Although it does pick up dirt and the water was nasty, it does not get close to the walls or anything. It leaves a gap while cleaning. Also I like to vaccum almost every night and found this very hard to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave has changed my life. The entire first floor of our house is laminate. I've tried many types of mops but they just pushed the dirt around. I tried a steam cleaner and it left terrible streaks and did not remove the dirt. Prior to getting the CrossWave, the only way to really clean the floor was to vacuum it and then scrub it on my hands and knees and it was a giant, painful job that didn't get done very often because it was torture. After using the CrossWave, my floors have never been so clean, streak-free, and shiny. I needed this machine decades ago but I am very, very happy I have it now. Thank you, Bissell!
