[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing!!!!! Our floors are so clean! Had a couple of stains on a Berber carpet. Have had professionally cleaned, shampooed it ourselves twice to no avail. I pretreated with spot remover (again) then used this sweetheart to see what would happen. Nothing ventured, nothing gained? Worked like a CHARM! Stains GONE! Now, i'm going to sell my 2 Dyson vacuums and buy a Bissel!!!!
