Didn't work as good

It did not work the way it looked on tv. I saw it on tv and said to myself that would make cleaning up so much easier. I would not have to make mop water and have the floors wet so my grandma will not fall and the dogs would not track dirt and footprints on my floors.
Cons: Didn't put out enough cleaning solution., The cleaning solution made a film over the floor, The tile brush didn't scrub up messes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the machine does clean but leaves as much or more behind. I have cleaned the same area 5 times and it leaves dirt behind. It seems to loosen the dirt and spread it around.

I have seen and heard so much about this product and knew I had to give it a try. This is by far the best bissell product I have ever owned. I unboxed it and immediately went to work on my freshly mopped floor. It was UNREAL how much dirt and grime it got off of my floor in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this product if you have any kind of hard flooring. Game changer!!!
Pros: deep clean, Easy, Fast
Cons: Loud

Worst vacuum I have ever purchased. As much as this cost, I expected it to work AT LEAST like a normal vacuum. This does not pick up anything in my kitchen. It just pushes the stuff across the floor. Also, no matter how much I clean the parts, it still stinks. And then causes my whole house to smell bad. I am honestly shocked that this thing is so expensive. I would like my money back.

Hi Kathi - the CrossWave isn't a dry vacuum so it doesn't work the same way. It's designed to vacuum and mop at the same time. It sounds like your machine is clogged and really needs to be cleaned.
