Doesn’t work

I buy this machine few month ago and doesn’t work show me only orange light I cleaned but I had a few week. With the same issues

Not Worth The Money

This nespresso machine was a gift to me for my birthday and I was super psyched to make good use of it because I'm such a coffee drinker. The machine was great at first until I ran into the first issue. Water kept leaking out of the water capsule and to this day, I'm still unable to figure out why. I made sure the water capsule was securely in its place but water would still leak out. There was one time when my kitchen counter and floor was flooded with water because of the leakage. Extremely frustrating to deal with first in the morning when you just want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Second and most frustrating thing of all is that there were multiple times when the machine wouldn't brew the coffee. I've gone on Nespresso's troubleshooting page for my machine and followed the steps to clean and reset machine to factory mode but nothing would fix the issue. The only thing I noticed was in order to fix the issue was to not use the machine for a while. I've reached out to nespresso several times but the ball was dropped and no real solution was offered to me. Now, I'm stuck with the same issues since Friday where the machine wouldn't brew. I would not recommend this machine since there are so many defects to it.

Leaks

Not a very well designed machine. This thing started leaking and would not take the commands to clean it.

Grows MOLD!

We have 2 of these machines-plus a Original and a Vertuo. One of these Plus machine is made by DeLonghi and the other by Breville. They both have this rubber tube for steam -I'm guessing?- though the Vertuo doesn't have that problem. Coffee leaks out of that tube-that feeds into the capsule container. Mold forms within a day so it has to be cleaned all the time. No mention of this anywhere in the literature or in the details on the website. We found out when we went to move the machine and coffee leaked all over! The Breville gets so clogged up with coffee residue that it won't even close properly. We went back to our old Vertuo machine.

Not my favorite machine

I bought this machine as an "upgrade" to my VerturoPlus machine of three years (with no problems) and haven't been a fan since day one. Significantly louder than the VerturoPlus, the capsule ejector works about once every 20 times, and the container the capsules fall in gets moldy after a couple days, so I grab the pod out every time now and wipe out the machine to prevent any build up. If I wouldn't have given away my VerturoPlus, I would return this machine. I would not recommend this machine over the VerturoPlus.

Much noisier & heavier than my Vertuo

Purchase this “smaller footprint” Vertuo Next to use in interim work rental place. It is quite loud, brews the same as Vertuo at home, but heavier although smaller footprint. Should have bought another Vertuo…

We recommend running a rinse cycle through the machine weekly, as coffee build up can cause the machine to sound louder. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, as scale build up can also cause the machine to brew louder. BEWARE!!! - I HAD 4 MACHINES REPLACED AND THEY KEEP BREAKING AFTER 1 MONTH. LEAKS EVERYWHERE AND FAILS TO MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE. KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS MACHINE, CHOOSE ANOTHER MACHINE TO AVOID ISSUES

Not reliable at all!

I bought the first one, which was only worked for 2 months. Replaced the second one, which was still not good, stopped working after 2 months, wasted so many capsules. Replaced it again with Evoluo, which gave me the leaking water tank, not even work at all. Very disappointed!
