Vertuo Next is the WORST

I love the coffee, but this machine is straight trash. It’s has never worked properly. It gives you the orange light EVERY SINGLE TIME you use it. Doesn’t matter if it’s the first/second cup of the day, whether you’ve just cleaned/descaled it, it never freaking works. Save yourself the money & aggravation and get a different machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Real bummer

8 mths in on this and it failed today and won’t pump water through the pod. Not the first issue. Originally trouble with Bluetooth and not brewing about twice per week. Unplug, reset, cross fingers. Usually worked within 1-2 cycles of the reset. Now it appears the decision is made for me. I’ll be going with any other vertuo brewer than this model. Too many one star reviews to ignore so save yourself the trouble.

Worst Coffee Machine

Machine always leaks and is always needing to descale! Other than that is fine but definitely do not recommend!

Good at first.

The first time i bought this, it came defective so nespresso sent me a new one. I've had it for a little over a year, and now it doesnt work. It doesnt brew anymore. Ive tried resetting it multiple times, descaling multiple times. And nothing. It seems like most of the people who own verturo next end up having trouble with it. I'm willing to try another machine. But this machine was a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a powerhouse! It makes having espresso at home SO easy (there's only one button to push!), but you can tell it's a high quality and well made machine. It's a little loud when it runs, but I actually like that - I can hear it working!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design
Cons: Too Noisy, Does not have a built-in milk frother, Bulky
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee but leaks

Worked great for a month then started leaking. Cleaned it and it was fine for a few weeks. Then came the blinking amber light. Clean, descale, clean, clean, clean and nothing. Only 18 months old and out of warranty. Seems this is an issue with this model and several others. Stay away

Disappointing

I am truly disappointed in this machine. I bought my vertigo next last December and loved it but for the past month it has started leaking so I tried to descale the machine and now it’s stuck on the orange blinking light. Tried to do a factory reset and it won’t even let me do that. 10 months and now it’s useless

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. Great Machine UNTIL it Leaks !

I loved my machine for the first year and a half.... then it happened.. the dreaded leaking. It only happened when I was doing either a weekly cleaning or descaling, not while brewing. I sent the machine in as it was under warranty and they replaced it with a new Next. Well..... that machine only lasted for approximately 25 brews and then IT started leaking as well. DON'T get this model. I can't believe Nespresso is actually still selling it.
