Frustrating

Second time this machine stopped working. First time was after 4 months, I was sent a new one and it crapped out now too. I’m stuck with tons of pods. I’m not spending another dime and it’s too bad, I love the coffee and the concept. I had automatic easy orders set up like clockwork.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Lasts for 8 months then breaks

I have had 2 of these in 24 mouths. They replaced the first broken one with 4 months warranty left. Now the second one is dead and no ore warranty. Love the coffee but this makes it unreasonable cost wise. The failure rate for the same problem same machine is terrible.
I buy a lot of coffee, but come on, this is to much. I have a whole house water softener plus R/O filter and an inline whole house 5 Micron Carbon Block Filter AND clean the machine regularly.
They just break to much...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t get this model, get the plus one

I first saw the virtuo plus machine from my cousin and I was so excited to get me a Nespresso machine, so I was looking at models and I thought why not buy the newest version? Na should’ve stayed with the plus one cause Nespresso took a step back with the lid opening system, it’s a nightmare to open it, it’s a nightmare to close it I feel that for a new machine it has to have improvements but no, Nespresso really took a step back with this machine, the wifi thing it’s kind of cool but other than that nothing really too exciting about it, if you’re thinking of getting a virtuo machine get the plus one, the plus has an automatic opening and closing system that in my opinion it’s way cooler than the system they put on the next model, the lock stays locked and you gotta fight with it to open it, it’s bad really bad. Nespresso should’ve stayed with the automatic opening system, everything else it’s ok but this is a big no for me, not really happy with my purchase.

Poor durability

DON'T BUY THIS!!!! This machine is fragile and easily out of work after one year. I owned two of this machine and both of them are shut down with no reason after one year. Even if you call customer service, they will ask you to rinse it and brew the coffee and sometimes will work. BUT it will not work again on the next day morning when you are hurry to go to work. You need to rinse it again before you try to brew ONE coffee in the morning! This is a really disaster.

Overall Good Product

Have had this product for 2 years and overall I really enjoy it. However I dread the time when it comes to descale the machine because even when I follow the instructions perfectly it never works correctly! It is very frustrating. I also feel that the froth from this machine is not as good as compared to the VertuoPlus. Overall, I enjoy still using this for my coffee every day.

Very Dissatisfied - Twice!

I bought one and within a few months it stopped working. They replaced it and within a few months the next one started leaking. Needless to say, I returned that one and went back to my Nespresso original. I was very disappointed, however, because I like the option of brewing an espresso or a cup of coffee.

Love this you will too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to be one of thoes people who used a basic coffee pot where you make a full pot of coffee. After using this I definitely won't ever go back to using the old school ones. It is just me so I would waste more coffee than saving coffee. After using this one I am very pleased. I can make a cup instead of a pot of coffee. Was more easier than I expected as well. To clean this machine is also very easy. This uses special pods but easy to find. This also looks great in my kitchen.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

I appreciate that it comes prepared with capsules and it's super easy to use and get a high-quality coffee or espresso of your choice every morning, or in the afternoon when you need a pick-me-up.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother
